10:12 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ericsson (ERIC) said Tuesday the equity investments by 12 telecom companies into its subsidiary Aduna have been completed, formally setting up the unit as a joint venture.
Aduna is now 50% owned by Ericsson, with the remaining 50% owned by AT&T ( T ) , Bharti Airtel, Deutsche Telekom, KDDI, Orange, Reliance Jio, Singtel, Telefonica ( TEF ) , Telstra, T-Mobile (TMUS), Verizon (VZ) and Vodafone ( VOD ) , the company said.
Financial details of the investments weren't provided.
Aduna was formed to combine and sell network application programming interfaces, or APIs, and has been operational since last year, the company said.
