Eshallgo Acquires D&K Asset Management, Expands Into Gaming Console Market

11:45 AM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Eshallgo ( EHGO ) said Friday it has acquired D&K Asset Management (Hong Kong) and established a strategic partnership with Beijing Liuliuqiu Cultural Development.

The deal includes two cooperation agreements between D&K subsidiary Shenzhen Qianhai Huiying Technology Power and Tencent Technology, focusing on development of gaming consoles and joint marketing activities, the company said.

Eshallgo ( EHGO ) also said it signed a sales agreement for 1,000 cloud gaming consoles with Beijing Liuliuqiu Cultural Development. The companies said they plan to collaborate to develop cloud gaming console products that support multiple cloud gaming services.

Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.

Eshallgo ( EHGO ) shares were 28% lower in recent trading.
