10:35 AM EST, 02/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ESS Tech ( GWH/WS ) said Friday it appointed Kelly Goodman as interim chief executive following the resignation of Eric Dresselhuys as CEO and as a member of the company's board of directors.

Goodman is currently vice president of legal, the energy storage company said.

The company also said its board has engaged advisors to evaluate potential commercial or financial transactions as it actively bids on daily cycling application projects in the long-term storage market with targeted initial installations slated to start in 2027.
