05:15 AM EDT, 03/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Essential Properties Realty Trust ( EPRT ) said Monday it had priced an underwritten public offering of 9 million common shares at $24.75 per share.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional of about 1.4 million shares.

The offering, which was upsized from the previously announced size of 8 million shares, is expected to close on Thursday, subject to customary closing conditions.
