09:26 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Essential Utilities ( WTRG ) said Tuesday its Aqua Pennsylvania unit has completed a $37.75 million purchase of the City of Beaver Falls wastewater system in Beaver County, Pennsylvania.

The system serves 3,200 clients in the City of Beaver Falls and the wastewater system provides bulk transmission and treatment service for 3,800 equivalent dwelling units in seven nearby municipalities, the company said.

Essential Utilities ( WTRG ) said this is the sixth water and wastewater acquisition it has finalized in the last 18 months.
