09:27 AM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stratasys ( SSYS ) said Wednesday that it was expanding its long-term technical partnership with the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, or Nascar, and will become the official 3D printing partner of the motorsports circuit.

Stratasys ( SSYS ) said that as part of its expanded partnership with Nascar, it will exclusively provide 3D printing technology for the design and production of parts and tools, replacing previous technology partnerships.

Stratasys ( SSYS ) also said it will expand its fused deposition modeling capabilities for use at Nascar's research and development center in Concord, North Carolina, allowing for larger-scale part production.

Financial terms and other details of the agreement were not disclosed.
