05:24 PM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- European Residential REIT (ERE-UN.TO) after close of trade Thursday declared a May monthly cash distribution of 0.005 euros per unit and Class B LP Unit, being equivalent to 0.06 euros per unit annualized.

The distribution will be payable to holders of the units and Class B LP units of record on May 30 with payment on June 16.

The Euro-denominated distribution will be paid in Canadian dollars based on the exchange rate on the date of payment (estimated $0.00774 per Unit and Class B LP Unit).
