EverCommerce Q4 Loss Narrows, Sales Rise; Issues Guidance

05:11 PM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EverCommerce ( EVCM ) reported a Q4 loss late Thursday of $0.07 per diluted share, compared with a $0.12 loss a year ago.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.01.

Revenue for the quarter that ended Dec. 31 was $175.0 million, up from $169.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $170.4 million.

The company expects revenue of $138 million to $141 million for Q1 and $581 million to $601 million for the full year. Analysts expected $174.8 million and $724.4 million, respectively.

Shares of the company traded 6.2% lower in after-hours activity.
