05:00 PM EDT, 03/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Excelerate Energy ( EE ) and Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation, a unit of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, late Friday announced plans to collaborate on securing a reliable and stable supply of liquefied natural gas sourced from the US as early as 2026.

The companies signed a non-binding agreement to evaluate PV Gas' LNG supply requirements and establish a strategic framework for LNG sourcing.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
