The LiFePO4 battery-based HESS supports homes and small businesses in building stable micro-energy grids, the company said.

California's Self-Generation Incentive Program and federal tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act can benefit HESS, Expion360 ( XPON ) CEO Brian Schaffner said.

The shares of Expion360 ( XPON ) were up nearly 41% in recent trading.
