08:07 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Extreme Networks ( EXTR ) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.22 per diluted share, up from $0.17 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.21.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $310.2 million, up from $269.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $295.7 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q2 non-GAAP EPS in the range of $0.23 to $0.25. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.24.

Net revenue for the fiscal quarter is expected to be in the range of $309 million to $315 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $304.4 million.

Extreme Networks ( EXTR ) said it expects fiscal 2026 net revenue in the range of $1.25 billion to $1.26 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.23 billion.
