Exxon Mobil to Offer $172 Million of Floating Rate Notes

12:19 PM EDT, 10/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Exxon Mobil ( XOM ) said in a regulatory filing Tuesday it plans to offer about $172 million of floating rate notes due 2074 in an underwritten offering.

The notes will have quarterly interest payments starting January 2025, with a maturity date of October 15, 2074, the company said in a separate filing.

Exxon Mobil ( XOM ) shares fell nearly 3% in recent trading.
