The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance on the completion or the actual size or terms, the company said.

The company intends to use net proceeds to fund commercialization activities for Mydcombi and clobetasol propionate, among other things.

Eyenovia ( EYEN ) shares fell 7.4% in after-hours activity.
