07:40 AM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FactSet Research Systems ( FDS ) said Tuesday it has appointed Sanoke Viswanathan as chief executive officer, effective in early September, succeeding Phil Snow.

Snow will retire as CEO but has agreed to remain as a senior adviser through the end of the year to support the transition, the company said.

Viswanathan most recently served as CEO of JPMorgan's ( JPM ) International Consumer and Wealth division.
