Fairfax India appoints new CEO, chairman

June 3 (Reuters) - Fairfax India Holdings Corp ( FFXDF )

on Monday said that Gopalakrishnan Soundarajan will become the

company's CEO, effective July 1.

Chairman Prem Watsa will also step down from his position,

which will be taken over by Benjamin Watsa, the company said.
