04:58 PM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Faraday Future Intelligent Electric ( FFAI ) said late Friday it is planning to spin off its crypto flywheel assets into a standalone listed company.

The tech-focused electric vehicle company is in active discussions with an investment bank, strategic investors and law firms to prepare for the spin off.

The C10 & Crypto, the flywheel assets, will be steered by three main business engines, including the C10 Treasury to target achievement of its Web3 strategic vision, it added.

Faraday Future aims to consolidate the new entity's financials into the group's financial statements.

Shares were up over 3% in recent after-market activity.
