05:18 PM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Federal Agricultural Mortgage ( AGM ) said late Thursday that its chief financial officer and treasurer, Aparna Ramesh has resigned to take on the role of chief executive at the Federal Home Loan Banks Office of Finance.

Ramesh will remain in the role through July 31, and Farmer Mac plans to hire an executive search firm to lead a nationwide search for her replacement.
