Fastenal Q4 Net Income Unchanged, Net Sales Rise

06:57 AM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fastenal ( FAST ) reported Q4 net income Friday of $0.46 per diluted share, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.48.

Net sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31 were $1.82 billion, compared with $1.76 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.84 billion.

Fastenal's ( FAST ) shares were down 7% in recent Friday premarket activity.
