WASHINGTON, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Federal Communications

Commission Chairman Brendan Carr on Monday called on Google and

Disney ( DIS ) to "get a deal done and end this blackout" as the two

companies negotiate a deal to restore Disney's ( DIS ) networks to the

YouTube TV pay-TV service.

Youtube is owned by Google.

"People should have the right to watch the programming they

paid for - including football," Carr wrote on X.
