Femasys Says It Received US Patent for Female Birth Control Device FemBloc

08:53 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Femasys ( FEMY ) said Friday that it received a new US patent covering FemBloc, its permanent, non-surgical birth control device for women.

The company said the patent, valid until at least 2039, supports Femasys' ( FEMY ) intellectual property protection for FemBloc as it progresses through clinical trials.

Femasys ( FEMY ) plans to apply for more patents for FemBloc and other products, the company added.
