10:07 AM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ferrari ( RACE ) said Tuesday it has settled its offering of 500 million euros ($542.7 million) of 3.625% notes due Tuesday with an issue price of 99.677%.

The net proceeds from the offering, after covering the offering costs and related expenses, were approximately 497 million euros.

Shares of Ferrari ( RACE ) were down 0.5% in recent Tuesday trading.
