11:12 AM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- F&G Annuities & Life ( FG ) said Tuesday that about $365.3 million of 5.50% Senior Notes due 2025 of its Fidelity & Guaranty Life unit were validly tendered and not withdrawn as of the early tender deadline on Monday.

The company said it accepted only $250 million of notes tendered by reference to the proration factor and the tender offer will close on June 18.

There will be no final payment date as F&G will no longer accept any notes for purchase and early payment will be made on Wednesday, according to F&G Annuities.
