04:36 PM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- F&G Annuities & Life ( FG ) said Monday it priced a $375 million public offering of 7.3% junior subordinated notes due 2065.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including repurchase, redemption or repayment of outstanding debt, according to the company.

F&G Annuities expects to close the offering next Monday.
