09:02 AM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FG Merger II ( FGMC ) and Boxabl said Wednesday their shareholders approved their previously announced business combination at separate special meetings.

Upon closing, FG Merger II ( FGMC ) will be renamed Boxabl and the combined company's common stock is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol BXBL, according to a statement.

The transaction is expected to close shortly, FG Merger II ( FGMC ) and Boxabl said.
