First Atlantic Nickel Receives Junior Exploration Assistance Grant From Newfoundland

12:13 PM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Atlantic Nickel ( FANCF ) Tuesday said it received a maximum grant of $150,000 through the Junior Exploration Assistance program from the government of Newfoundland & Labrador.

The funding will support exploration at the company's Atlantic Nickel Project in central Newfoundland.

The project's primary nickel mineral is awaruite, a sulfur-free, naturally occurring nickel-iron alloy composed of approximately 75% nickel.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.20 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
