First Busey Redeems $125 Million in Notes Due 2030, Increases Stock Buyback

05:25 PM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Busey ( BUSE ) redeemed the entire $125 million outstanding principal amount of 5.25% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2030.

The notes were redeemed at a price equal to 100% of the aggregate principal amount of the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest, the company said Monday in a regulatory filing.

The company on Thursday increased its share repurchase program by 2 million shares to 2.98 million.
