05:12 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- First Capital REIT (FCR-UN.TO) said Monday it will make a cash distribution of $0.072 per trust unit for the month of June, representing approximately $0.86 per REIT unit on an annualized basis.

The distribution will be paid on July 15 to unitholders of record as at June 28.

This remains constant with May's cash distribution of $0.072 per REIT unit.
