05:17 PM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust (FCR-UN.TO) after close of trade Thursday declared a cash distribution of $0.074167 per REIT unit for the month of May, representing $0.89 per unit on an annualized basis.

The distribution will be paid on June 16 to unitholders of record as at May 30.

This is consistent with April's cash distribution.
