05:01 PM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FiscalNote Holdings ( NOTE/WS ) said Thursday it plans to review options, including sales of noncore assets, and reduce its workforce by 25% to lower costs after reporting a wider Q4 loss and declining revenue.
The Q4 net loss was $1.45 per diluted share, compared with the loss of $1.17 a year earlier.
Four analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.65.
Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 fell to $22.2 million from $29.5 million a year earlier.
Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $22.4 million.
The company expects Q1 revenue of $20 million to $21 million and full-year revenue of $80 million to $83 million. Four analysts project $22.7 million in Q1 and $93.7 million in the full year.
