08:38 AM EDT, 05/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flex (FLEX) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings from continuing operations Wednesday of $0.57 per diluted share, up from $0.44 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.55.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $6.17 billion, down from $6.98 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $6.10 billion.

The company said it expects fiscal Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.37 to $0.45 on revenue of $5.6 billion to $6.2 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect normalized EPS of $0.55 on revenue of $6.28 billion.

The company expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS of $2.30 to $2.50 on revenue of $25.4 billion to $26.4 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect normalized EPS of $2.47 on revenue of $26.45 billion.

Flex shares were down 6.7% in recent premarket activity.
