Flower Foods Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Sales Rise; Fiscal 2025 Outlook Lowered

07:14 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Flower Foods (FLO) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.30 per diluted share, down from $0.36 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.30.

Net sales for the quarter ended July 12 were $1.24 billion, up from $1.22 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.27 billion.

For fiscal 2025, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $1 to $1.10, compared with the prior guidance of $1.05 to $1.15. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.09.

Net sales for fiscal 2025 are now projected to be about $5.24 billion to $5.31 billion, compared with the prior guidance of about $5.30 billion to $5.40 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $5.31 billion.

Shares of the company fell more than 4% in recent premarket activity Friday.
