Flowers Foods' Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Declines

07:29 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flower Foods (FLO) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.36 per diluted share, up from $0.33 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.33.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 13 was $1.22 billion, compared with $1.23 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.24 billion.

The company said it still expects fiscal 2024 adjusted EPS to be $1.20 to $1.30. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.22.

Revenue for the year is still projected to be $5.09 billion to $5.17 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $5.16 billion.
