07:48 AM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fluor (FLR) said during its earnings call Friday that it has appointed Jim Breuer to the newly created role of chief operating officer and Kevin Hammonds as chief legal officer, effective Monday.

Prior to this appointment, Breuer served as president of Fluor's Energy Solutions business, according to the company's website.

Hammonds succeeds John Reynolds, who will remain as corporate secretary until he retires in May 2025.

Fluor's shares were 4% lower in premarket activity Monday.
