04:23 PM EDT, 10/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flux Power ( FLUX ) said Friday it received a letter from Nasdaq for not complying with the exchange's listing rule for the timely filing of its annual report for the fiscal year ended June 30 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it has 60 days to submit a plan to regain compliance.

Flux said it is working to complete its Form 10-K and plans to file as promptly as practicable.
