04:55 PM EDT, 09/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Focus Impact Acquisition Corp. ( FIAC ) and DevvStream Holdings said Friday that the shareholders of Focus Impact have approved the planned business combination with DevvStream.

The merger will result in DevvStream becoming a publicly traded carbon streaming company on a major US exchange, they said.

DevvStream shareholders had approved the merger with the blank-check company at a meeting on Wednesday, the companies said.
