Ford plans new low-cost EV pickup truck launching in 2027

DETROIT, Aug 21 (Reuters) - Ford Motor ( F ) is planning

to launch the first vehicle off its new skunkworks low-cost EV

platform in 2027, the company shared Wednesday, saying it will

be a mid-size electric pickup truck.
