Foresight Autonomous Holdings Amends Agreement With China's Sunway-AI Technology

08:22 AM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Foresight Autonomous Holdings ( FRSX ) said Monday that it has amended an existing agreement to offer its stereoscopic ScaleCam vision system to China's Sunway-AI Technology, which manufactures autonomous and unmanned intelligent vehicles.

Financial details of the amendment were not disclosed.

The agreement, which was announced in 2022, included unmanned warehousing and materials handling vehicles, autonomous coffee machine carts, and wireless-charging robotic vehicles.

The latest deal allows Sunway to use Foresight technology on its unmanned logistics and robotic vehicles across a broad range of applications. The first batch of Foresight's cameras is set to arrive by the end of this year.

Shares of Foresight were up 12% in recent Monday premarket activity.
