Shares of automotive software provider Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. ( FRSX ) are trading slightly higher on Friday.
The company said its subsidiary, Eye-Net Mobile Ltd’s cellular-based vehicle-to-everything (V2X) safety solution, has successfully achieved Euro NCAP compliance after extensive testing.
The tests, carried out by UTAC, a leading French vehicle certification organization, assessed Eye-Net’s technology under stringent conditions aimed at improving road safety and preventing accidents.
The tests, conducted using an autonomous vehicle, demonstrated that the system consistently triggered automatic emergency braking with perfect accuracy in real-world scenarios, successfully preventing collisions.

The emergency braking activation consistently occurred within 20 milliseconds in every simulated crash scenario. This achievement strengthens Eye-Net’s position for further deployment in France and across Europe.
The company noted that this validation, announced last month, is a key milestone in Eye-Net’s collaboration with Software République.
Similarly, the company has partnered with Nvidia Corp to integrate their Jetson Orin computing platforms into its technology, aiming to enhance Foresight’s systems, particularly for autonomous drones and UAVs.
Through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Foresight Automotive Ltd., Foresight Changzhou Automotive Ltd. and Eye-Net Mobile Ltd., Foresight develops both “in-line-of-sight” vision systems and “beyond-line-of-sight” accident-prevention solutions.
