Forestar Group's Fiscal Q3 Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Reiterates 2025 Revenue Guidance

06:58 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Forestar Group ( FOR ) reported fiscal Q3 earnings Tuesday of $0.65 per diluted share, down from $0.76 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.71.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $390.5 million, compared with $318.4 million a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expects $384.7 million.

Forestar Group ( FOR ) reiterated its 2025 revenue guidance between $1.50 billion and $1.55 billion.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.54 billion.
