06:54 AM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Forgent Power Solutions ( FPS ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted net income Monday of $35.5 million, up from $21.4 million from a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $296.4 million, up from $175.3 million from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $286.6 million.

The company said it expects fiscal 2026 adjusted net income in the range of $190 million to $200 million on revenue of $1.28 billion to $1.33 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect revenue of $1.28 billion.

Shares of the company were up 3.2% in Monday's premarket activity.
