Fortinet Q3 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Increase; Shares Drop After Hours

04:38 PM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fortinet ( FTNT ) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings of $0.74 per diluted share on Wednesday, up from $0.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.63.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.72 billion, up from $1.51 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.70 billion.

The company expects Q4 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.73 to $0.75 and revenue of $1.82 billion to $1.88 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.67 and $1.87 billion.

The company now expects 2025 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $2.66 to $2.70, and revenue of $6.72 billion to $6.78 billion.

The previous guidance was for non-GAAP diluted EPS of $2.47 to $2.53, and revenue of $6.67 billion to $6.82 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect non-GAAP diluted EPS $2.52, and revenue of $6.74 billion.

The company's shares were down 7.55% in after-hours activity.
