Fossil Extends Expiration Date on Debt Buyback, Rejects India IPO Reports

07:59 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fossil (FOSL) said Thursday that it has extended the expiration date on its offer to exchange its senior 7.00% debt notes by one week until Oct. 22.

It added that as of Oct 15, around $113.1 million of the notes, or 75.4% of the total issue, had been validly tendered and not withdrawn.

The company also rejected media reports that it was pursuing an initial public offering of its subsidiary in India.

Shares of the company were down more than 38% in recent premarket activity.
