10:40 AM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- First Trust Advisors, the investment advisor for the FT Energy Income Partners Enhanced Income ETF ( EIPI ) , said four funds were merged into the ETF before the start of trading on Monday.

The funds were the First Trust Energy Income and Growth Fund ( FEN ) ; the First Trust MLP and Energy Income Fund ( FEI ) , the First Trust New Opportunities MLP & Energy Fund ( FPL ) ; and First Trust Energy Infrastructure Fund ( FIF ) , the company said.
