Franklin Resources, Inc. Announces Preliminary Month-End Assets Under Management

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Franklin Resources, Inc. ( BEN ) (Franklin Templeton) today reported preliminary month-end assets under management (AUM) of $1.69 trillion at October 31, 2025, compared to $1.66 trillion at September 30, 2025. This month’s preliminary AUM reflected the impact of positive markets and the acquisition of Apera Asset Management1, partially offset by preliminary long-term net outflows of $2 billion, inclusive of $4 billion of long-term net outflows at Western Asset Management.2 Excluding Western Asset Management, preliminary long-term net inflows were $2 billion.
