09:40 AM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Freeman Gold ( FMANF ) Wednesday said it added Brian Paes-Braga, managing partner at SAF Group and executive chairman of NG Energy International, as a new strategic insider to its shareholder base.
The company has been advised that following open market purchases through alternative trading platforms by Brian Paes-Braga of 5-million common shares at $0.2108 apiece for total consideration paid by Braga of $1.1 million, Braga has beneficial ownership of 15.7-million common shares, 5.09% of the issued and outstanding common shares, and would have beneficial ownership of 37.5-million common shares, 11.39% of the common shares on a partially diluted basis.
Braga has beneficial ownership of $1 million of convertible debentures, 20.00% of the issued and outstanding convertible debentures, 15.6-million warrants, 15.26% of the issued and outstanding warrants, and 780,000 stock options, 3.29% of the issued and outstanding stock options.
