11:04 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Freeport Resources ( FEERF ) announced Wednesday that it intends to raise up to $3 million through a private placement of up to 100 million units at $0.03 apiece .

Each unit will consist of one share and one-half of a 12-month warrant exercisable at $0.06 per share.

Proceeds will be used to develop the Yandera Copper Project and for general working capital purposes.

Freeport shares are up $0.01, to $0.04, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
