Fresh2 Group Gets Another Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice

05:43 PM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fresh2 Group ( FRES ) said late Thursday the Nasdaq Stock Market has notified the company that it's not in compliance with the exchange's listing requirement as it hasn't received the company's quarterly report for the period through June 30.

The Nasdaq previously had granted Fresh2 Group ( FRES ) an exception until Sept. 27 to file its delinquent annual report for 2023 and quarterly report for the period through March 31, 2024.

The company said the Nasdaq has now given it until Sept. 3 to outline a new plan to regain compliance concerning the filing requirement.

Fresh2 Group ( FRES ) said it plans to regain compliance with all applicable Nasdaq listing requirements.

The company's shares were down 2.2% in after-hours activity.
