Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected earnings of $0.11 per share.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $253.4 million, up from $200.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $248.3 million.

For the full-year 2024, the company now expects net sales of roughly $975 million, compared with its prior outlook of at least $965 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $969.6 million.

Freshpet's ( FRPT ) stock was up 3.6% in recent Monday premarket activity.
