11:27 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Freshworks ( FRSH ) said Thursday it completed the acquisition of software company Device42.

The company said integrating Freshworks ( FRSH ) and Device42 solutions will provide customers with a single integrated platform with IT service management and asset management tools including improved asset discovery and mapping to cut risk and solve incidents.

Financial details of the deal were not given.

Shares of Freshworks ( FRSH ) rose 1.4% in recent trading.
