Frontera Energy Releases Preliminary Results of Substantial Issuer Bid

08:14 AM EDT, 10/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Frontera Energy ( FECCF ) on Friday announced the preliminary results of its substantial issuer bid.

The company expects to take up and pay for 3.375 million shares (4% of the total number of Frontera's shares) at $12 each, for a total $40.5 million.

The bid expired on Thursday.
